The first ‘Brexit Resilience’ workshop held by Swindon-based Amelia Bishop Consulting has been hailed as a big success.
Its aim was to help local business owners and directors address risks and opportunities which have arisen since the UK voted to leave the EU.
Amelia Bishop Consulting is one of the first consultancies in the UK to launch a Brexit-specific service for small and medium-sized businesses. Amelia Bishop, Managing Director, said: ‘The workshop helped participating businesses to share best practices and the tools they need to build up their resilience – something that will be crucial for all of us if we are going to succeed after Brexit.’
The next ‘Resilience’ workshop will be held on Wednesday 28th March 2018, at Amelia’s Swindon offices.
Amelia said: ‘These workshops are designed to be run anywhere – at our offices in Swindon or a company’s office. They will be of particular interest to clients of banks, accountants, law firms and wealth managers’.
An Oxfordshire-based niche product company who took part in the first workshop commented: ‘It was a day well spent, and we really benefited from the Brexit Immersion. It gave us a lot to take away and work on. We will certainly be recommending this workshop to other businesses when the opportunity arises.’
Amelia has also been invited to run a similar workshop for clients of leading UK bank, NatWest (Hereford and Worcester), in April 2018.
