Fairford & Lechlade Youth Football Club (FLYFC) is organising its first Football Festival on Saturday 23rd June at Horcott Road, Fairford. The day will kick off at 12 noon and will include the Club’s End of Season Awards, live World Cup Football, a bar and a bbq. The Festival will also feature a World Cup sticker swap shop, giving kids (and big kids) the chance to complete their all-important sticker albums, while the team from Swindon Town in the Community will also come along to organise some football-themed fun and games.
The Club’s Horcott Road pitches will also be available for those who fancy a kick-about and emulate their favourite World Cup heroes!
Olly Morris-Adams of Flint & Lambourn Marquees, Inglesham, who is supporting the event, said: ‘The coaches at the Club are just brilliant and give up so much of their time to help the kids.’ More information from: http://fairfordlechladeyfc.co.uk/index.php/2018/05/08/join-flyfc-at-fairford-football-festival/.
