Ahead of the launch of their new app, Zapp Active, the Cotswold Apps team joined forces with Lechlade Fesitval to test the platform at the annual music festival, which ran from 24th-26th May. The team had a busy few days compiling incredible drone footage of the festival, a time-lapse of the main stage being erected, an exclusive live interview with Gibraltar band, Jetstream, posting updates from the festival on social media and live-streaming from the event itself.
Once it’s launched, the app will build communities and will promote local events, activities, points of interest, retail stores, independent traders and more.
Off the back of the festival, the Zapp Active team will contact the festival’s traders and the bands, who performed and invite them to complete their own page on the app where they can post details of their business and gigs.
Lechlade Festival was a great testing ground for Zapp Active, and Cotswold Apps is grateful to the festival directors for the access and freedom to try out new things. The Zapp Active team really hope that this has engaged lots of festival goers. Take a look at www.zappactive.com.
